our PHILOSOPHY

Schools make money with students attending courses. More students, more money. More time spent attending courses, more money. This is why schools usually attempt to bring the largest number of people in: no selection, different pricing for everyone, unexperienced trainers on board just to start "one more course". This is not a school. Gamera Interactive is a development studio and Gameslab is an active BU of the studio. We are not making money with this, we aim to create job ready profile for us and our partners. Our trainers are not full time trainers but professionals at work in the gaming industry, with a solid background, released games and years of experience. You don't care about what you are paying for? You are out. You really want to make games for a living? That's your place.

COURSES [80+ HOURS]

GAME DESIGN COURSE

120 HOURS

During the production of a video game, the game designer is responsible for the quality of the gameplay experience. They invent, formalize and prototype interactive gameplay mechanics, adapted to what the targeted audience is looking for.

game production COURSE

100 HOURS

As the manager of a videogame development team, the Producer is in charge of the running of the project, from the initial idea to the finished product; they establish both the schedule and budget throughout all the phases of production.

WORKSHOPS [4-16 HOURS] & SHORT COURSES [up to 40 HOURS]

ART, MARKETING, COMMUNICATION, business dev, WRITING & MORE

Created specifically by our trainers, our workshop and short courses permit beginners as well as those with experience to come and and delve deeper into their passion for art, videogames, 3D or even other topics, not directly connected with Game Development such as marketing, PR, QA and many more! Workshops and short courses usually focus on a single topic and can be held by an in-house or a guest trainer. Gameslab had the kick-off of the very first Game Development path in High Schools in 2018 in Padua. First time ever in Italy.
